When we do not refund
- After a plan has been used substantially.
- For payments sent to the wrong network or wrong address.
- For accounts blocked because of abuse of these terms.
How to request a refund
Open a ticket in the Support Center within 7 days of payment and include your transaction hash (TXID). Approved refunds are sent in USDT to a wallet address you provide, minus network fees.
