What is Ahrefs Domain Rating?

Domain Rating (DR) is a 0–100 score from Ahrefs that shows how strong a website’s backlink profile is compared with every other site in the Ahrefs index. It is based on how many unique websites link to a domain and how strong those linking sites are. The scale is logarithmic, so each point is harder to gain than the last.

It is a tool that looks up the Ahrefs Domain Rating (DR) of many websites at once. You paste a list of domains or URLs, and it returns the DR score for each one in a single table that you can sort and download.

Is it really free?

Where does the DR data come from?

Scores are fetched live from the official Ahrefs API, so you see the same Domain Rating that Ahrefs shows. We are an independent tool and are not affiliated with Ahrefs.

How many domains can I check at once?

As many as your credits allow. Paid plans include 1,000 checks every day. Duplicates are removed automatically, so you never pay twice for the same domain in one run.

Can I paste full URLs instead of domains?

Yes. Paste anything: https://www.example.com/blog/post becomes example.com automatically. One domain per line, or separated by commas or spaces. You can also upload a .txt or .csv file.

Can I use a VPN?

Yes, if you are logged in. Free checks without an account are given once per visitor, so they are paused while you use a VPN or proxy. Turn the VPN off, or log in to check with any connection.

How do I pay?
