How to handle very large lists
- Clean first. Remove obvious junk (social media, email providers, big platforms) to save credits.
- Split by priority. Check your most important prospects first.
- Spread over days. If the list is larger than your daily limit, continue the next day. The limit resets at midnight.
- Merge the CSVs. Every export uses the same columns, so they combine easily in Excel or Google Sheets.
Caching saves you time
Domains that were checked recently are served from a short-term cache. If you or someone else checked the same site earlier today, the result comes back instantly.
